It may be just me, but given the proximity Wisconsin Dells has to Chicago, you have to wonder if the Dells region happens to be one of those resorts as is especially popular among Polish-Americans and Polish emigres and expatriates resident in Chicago especially.
Making it, in effect, the Polish-American Riviera (as it were).
BTW: Would there be a close Polish approximation to Wisconsin Dells in terms of a summer resort with populist appeal?
