| The Apollo Film Institution consists of four cinemas
(Warsaw, Kijów, Świt, Mikro) among which the Kijów Cinema is the largest in Krakow. Annual presentations of the International Short Film Festival, and the Polish and International Festival of Commercials and Advertisement are held here. In contrast, the Mikro Cinema has an intimate, studio character. Artistic, non-commercial films are shown here with surveys of the works of famous auteurs.

| This institution is primarily involved in the promotion of European and Polish cinema. It consists of two cinemas: the Wanda Cinema of the Europa Cinemas chain and the small-audience "Pod
Baranami" Cinema. Cooperates with the Gdańsk Festival of Feature Films and the
Warsaw Autumn of Film, which are held here. Meetings with film creators at the pre-premieres of their films have become a tradition here. The "Pod
Baranami" Cinema, artistic and non-commercial, is devoted primarily to the screening of Polish films and artistic film series. The
Center is a co-organiser of the Jewish Culture Festival.

| The newest film institution in
Krakow
began with the inauguration of the Sztuka Cinema in September 1995, in partnership with the Apollo Cinema. The cinema has a joint repertory policy with the Kijów Cinema. In the repertoire: film pre-premieres and premieres, Friday "Special Mystery Screenings," and all-night film marathons.
